Michael P. Walsh is a native of the California central coast. A strong work ethic was instilled in him from an early age by his family; at the age of 14, with a valid workers permit, he started his summer days working with his father in the farming business.
After high school he earned a B.A. in Business from the University of San Diego and started his career in finance at the World Trade Center offices of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He returned to California just weeks before the 9/11 attack. He moved from finance to banking with a post at Atlas Securities, and then entered into a joint venture in the manufactured housing industry that would permanently change his career path.
Walsh studied the industry, became an expert and earned a real estate license and broker’s license, to ensure that clients only had to deal with one person for their factory-built home projects. He now enjoys sharing his passion for the modular home industry, and all the advantages that modular provides over stick-built construction.
